It feels really good when we are working in a environment where you meet different people teammates and other team's people accounts, legal, operations, clients, learn something that helps with your career growth. You also get appreciation for your hard work.

I have observed some people are just there for salary. They don't have that ownership qualities. Just waiting for the day when they are asked to leave. No programs, functions and good facilities for employees. Some are getting higher salary and doing nothing compared to the hard workers who are working at much lesser salary. It's basically depends on the team you are working with.

But when do we get the incentives? It is within the criteria and they pay less salary. This is the only shortcoming in the company. They pay less salary to the employees.
