Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard. For Employees Township benefits of Reliance Industries is fully paused for SOLAR POWER PROJECT and O&M DEPARTMENTS.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary and Benefits is the only thing good in RIL Industry. There no other positive points to tell.

Dislikes

Only the best thing is salary in RIL industry. There is no chance to work life balance. Huge pressure given by company. There is no logic in company culture. Higher officials behaviour is very bad.
