I have a good experience in Lava,there was good coligues and also salary and incentive structure was good.there was a good travel expenses and good environment like retailers and distributors.

My dislike in that company was that there was new bosses join in this company from other trend and they want to execute their work in other way and need their team members in their team and want to realese old geniors from system.
