There is no job security My TL always threats to refer back to HR when you not complete the daily targets it's been pressure so I put my papers even in notice period they say you'll do more than your target it's really pressurized me.🥲🥲

Salary is not worthable in salem location. Accommodation was not provided by the company. While hiring they told to give accomodation bt aftr joining they don't care about employees difficulties staff from farther location are struggling reach company. And canteen food also not worthable for the cost. It's very poor and also health problems are increasing due to food quality is not good. Even night nly they provide cabs for AR shifts people bt morning shift women's also needed the cabs bt they won't provide cabs for NON VOICE employees so that we also facing the problems there is no security for us to went home for aftr finishing the work.

I feel privileged to work with an organization like Sun Knowledge. I have been working with Sun Knowledge since 2021 and collected plenty of cherishable and memorable moments. Initially, when I joined Sun Knowledge without having any medical billing experience, I was a bit afraid but my supervisors and colleagues are really awesome they helped me a lot. I was rewarded and recognized a couple of times and got appraisals in good time.

Dislikes

The only thing i would suggest is that the company should provide Night Allowance apart from the salary.
