Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Increment is very less

I loved working with css , the dept where I worked was employee friendly and you learn new things on daily basis to enhance your skills.work environment was fantastic and to me I enjoyed working with css.

Some Manager has favoritism which hides away the efforts of good employees.

More dependency, less work-life balance, I was persuaded to be positioned as Developer but was confined to support, learning scope is very less especially if you are someone with a passion of learning new technologies better stay far from this company.
