salary is good. appraisal is very complicated ,quantity of data matters not quality. Work-life balance is good but again depends on project state/color ;)

Dislikes

Team mates , seniors, do not share things that easily. Seems all are unsecured to share what they do but want to pretend they are busy. Inspiration/Motivation only from your own community(either by region,language,etc). I could see only happy and bindas people are at level 10 + only :)

Work life balance is absolutely worst. The treatment of employees by the client is horrible. It feels like I am in a colonial era.
