Its a good company. Fantastic growth as per my knowledge. Learning skills are fantastically. I would say I have learned so many things from my elders and managers etc. I feel free to say it's a good environment for every new comer or exp person.

I couldn't satisfy with salary incriment.

This is the safe and secure company. If u want to learn new things daily. Then Optum is a tutor. If you want to stick with a process, then Optum is a companion

......... Saturday working - During high volume, they insist us to work Saturday's. But it cost normal one day salary.... Not a double salary or neithet excess allowances.

Salary incrememt was low like we get very less hike on appraisal.

...n sit back and wait for their turn lately. Work life balance is there no doubt Compensation is good but no additional payout other than variable also. Culture of the company is too old and orthodox which they are stringent not to be changed also.. U will only work on something for years and there is no chance of learning new things all are busy to teach or guide with no reason.
