Company is up to date on latest technology, good learning curve

Nothing much but salary pay is not that good

- excellent work life balance - Slow in adopting new technology, but always there is a move in adopting new techs - very high job security - yearly appraisal(march) equivalent to other companies(5% - 14% for without promotion)

Dislikes

- Distance from the city is a big con - no variable policy - its not a con - only bonus of around 6000Rs, only if your basic is less than 21000Rs. - No free transportation(Now-a-days, no companies are providing this). Monthly 2200Rs. - irrespective of your distance(only AC buses). Transportation charge for Train travelers alone will be reimbursed.

Top management level people are either french and japanese so its good opportunity to do understand and learn their knowledge

Dislikes

Salary benefits are not standard compared to other companies

Good work life balance, gave a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and technologies

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good company. Salary credit on 26th of every month.

Dislikes

Distance is little high. Bus services is very good by providing parveen AC bus.
