People are judging by old ratings and current ratings are given based on your last 3 months works during appraisal. There is no power for service department like quality,plant and machinery,safety,MEP. Transfer are mostly forcefully and at distant from you home city/state. Leave is not as per your convenience it's depends on your IS mood but leave is mandatory as per company rule. Working hour is 12 hours by mouth actually it's always more than that and Sunday is working day. You can take leave on other's day but Sunday is mandatory as the Project Manager thought the best productivity comes on Sunday only. Who will show work on Sunday and late night will get promotion easily.

Good place to work. Professional work culture. Opportunities are there to learn and grow for freshers as well as experienced. Management is good.

Less Salary as compared to other project companies. As it is core project construction based company, need to relocate at project site for 1-2 years as required. even you are in a non construction position. Work life balance challenges

Company have policy, Job security is good, New initiatives, salary on 28th of every month, no employee can treat to other employees wrongly and with hard words, working environment, Hr policy with family accommodation.

Promotion and hikes requirements are have to person of senior's lobby, supports to campus people more than laterals. Working culture of office depends on Project Manager's mood. Using of company assets by project manager. Appraisal policy of company.
