The staff was very good, specially the CLM (Umesh Jadhav). The CLM was vert supporting and was always available for me. The training was also effective as I learned new things and also came to know about the market. Policies was also good and the returns were also high to the customer. I just want to say the overall experience was superb.

There were salary issues. Still some of my PAID LEAVES are not paid in my last salary.

Compensation and carriers growth is not good for the employee who has spent almost 15yrs in the company

Learning point is very poor.and No training io n the middle of financial year.no appraisal here and salary deduction is the part of very hard nobody employee safe & satisfied .
