... imply power on every possible occasion. Support from hierarchy is next to zero. Disparity in work where one department works for 8 hours and the same salary is shared with the person who is working for literally 14 hours. Also expectations of managers is to work on leaves, week offs and public holidays.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

It is a good environment for working. Company policies are good are fair and they give salary on current date

Job security, as usually found in Corporates and Private sector, depends on the performance of employees. Work Environment is good enough but one has to avoid being victim of nasty Politics. Salary and Appraisal is also good but negotiation is a tool for greater success. There are opportunities for Career growth but that needs optimum efficiency in respective field.

Dislikes

...irmative which may show employees a fairly secured future. Growth is quite slow. Perks and Facilities, excluding the Salary Package, should be little more effective and financially helpful in nature. Salary increment is an area of doubt at times which effect adversely in retention of employees. Sometimes Suggestions and Innovations go unnoticed. Lack of necessary manpower and efficient hands in Administration is a huge shortcoming and the area of HR/PR/Liaison/Clerical Works and School Administration seems highly underrated.

Likes

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. All staffs are supportive and good work environment.
