I was working as a WFH employee. HR said it will be permanent WFH. but after 2 years they called me back to office, I refused and resigned my job. I was serving notice period all of sudden they Saprated me issuing termination.

I don't find any employee benefits and salary growth. Appraisal system can be more better than the current one.

...t facilities should be improved, escorts should available for women employees. Last month salary is low than usual and still no response for that.

Poor decision makers, unlogical and unethical thinkers and blindful approvers for self motive reasons. Poor Team management. Totally selfish caused company.
