When we ask to the manager for the the leave their denied to grant leave but maneger takes leave all the time without any planning. Company should also think about the insentive structure where other company gives good inactives to their employees our company can't l.

Benifit and salary structure is good for ne comer, who switches from another company or GET,PGET.

Dislikes

Culture implementation at site level is not upto the mark what top management shows in upper level. Management now doesn't support in lower level or site management because of much digital implementation system.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Stable job with well structured organisation which provides a good work- life balance.

Dislikes

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.

There is no work life balance, 12 hours strict timings and no week off or holidays, old employees has settled in company and new employees will not get company benefits compared to old one. Increments doesn't matter of your knowledge and hard work.
