When we ask to the manager for the the leave their denied to grant leave but maneger takes leave all the time without any planning. Company should also think about the insentive structure where other company gives good inactives to their employees our company can't l.

People are judging by old ratings and current ratings are given based on your last 3 months works during appraisal. There is no power for service department like quality,plant and machinery,safety,MEP. Transfer are mostly forcefully and at distant from you home city/state. Leave is not as per your convenience it's depends on your IS mood but leave is mandatory as per company rule. Working hour is 12 hours by mouth actually it's always more than that and Sunday is working day. You can take leave on other's day but Sunday is mandatory as the Project Manager thought the best productivity comes on Sunday only. Who will show work on Sunday and late night will get promotion easily.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Stable job with well structured organisation which provides a good work- life balance.

Dislikes

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.
