Work culture is very good . Management is very much friendly and support. Company cares for the wellness of employees

Salary is not justified and also you have to wait for a long period for a promotion

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

CTC Complexities Internal department change is not easy

Client culture takes over company culture, appraisals, poor feedback provision, work opportunities heavily dependant on clients and projects conversion

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Dislikes

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.
