People are judging by old ratings and current ratings are given based on your last 3 months works during appraisal.
There is no power for service department like quality,plant and machinery,safety,MEP.
Transfer are mostly forcefully and at distant from you home city/state.
Leave is not as per your convenience it's depends on your IS mood but leave is mandatory as per company rule.
Working hour is 12 hours by mouth actually it's always more than that and Sunday is working day.
You can take leave on other's day but Sunday is mandatory as the Project Manager thought the best productivity comes on Sunday only.
Who will show work on Sunday and late night will get promotion easily.

For third party employee, company never give opportunity to get absorbed in Company. There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff.
