...ng hours are too long and there is no flexibility. WFH policy is only on papers. Your Annual Bonus depends on your attendance percentage. Company discourages taking leave. Middle management doesn't have leadership quality at all. They don't know how to manage a team, they just know to create pressure and stress among team members.

Staff associate dosent work here and executive or manager always suffer in front of senior. But senior person doesn't work for that. Mental harashment continue by seniors.
