Some process are at Genpact was horrible that's not the Genpact fault but it's completely unacceptable by internal processes mostly we are working 10 hours per day with out taking any breaks on time

Work-life balance. No stressful environment.

...en the managers. There is less professionalism. No cafeteria. No cab facilities. Less salary hikes. Less medical insurance as compared to other companies. No office parties.

I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.

...ry good work atmosphere for ladies. Working at Genpact has a good job guarantee. We receive salary on time and also bonus as per company terms and conditions.

Wash area is dirty though the house keeping staff cleans. We require the instructions and how to keep clean stickers inside the wash rooms.
