Royal research is perhaps the best company for freshers who want to pursue their careers as content writer. the company provides excellent training. The reputation of an employee who has served in the company for a quite a long period time is quite formidable.

Dislikes

the only known drawback of the company is their salary structure which is quite low when compared to other organisation in the industry. The higher officials of the company are quite sympathetic about their employees

Salary and incentives are pretty good with supportive teammates.

No work life balance, added pressure by the management with no job security.

...bit job pressure in the beginning of the day but can be managed with efficiency. Growth is also good and salary is above average. The TL I had worked under was very cooperative and helpful. Ecrm and Bdm were also very cooperative with work sanctioning. Not all days are same as 40% of the days easy jobs will be allocated with less headaches.

Dislikes

If time management is not done then work quality will get hampered. Reworks and redos should be avoided with integrity. Because with fresh job if reworks emerge then there can be good job pressure for that day.

After internship they provide me offer letter but after accepting offer letter the team manger and hr are not giving me task or any work they sending me to each for task and waste my 2 month at the end I disappoint and leave the company
