Let me tell you all theDPS does not follow the same policy , they have their own set of rules. It's pretty cool to work as an coordinator where l need to guide teachers in every step for a better results ,working environment is good to work at .A proper system is required to be followed, Teachers should be appreciated for their work. Last but not the least I am blessed to be a part of this team ,we as humans are never content, We alway expects a lot from the management .hoping to make it a better school in this area Damoh M.P Thanks Caroline O'Connor

... with a team with your mentality feels like 2nd home. Work cultre was very good. Had no problem with salary and learnt many things.

Some problems were about getting offs. And left because couldnt get increment after two years working there

It's kind of cool and calm environment, without much pressures.

Dislikes

Awkward thing is they more interested to take new employees for less package, than taking good care of existing ones. They have terminated almost 10 of my colleagues including me without paying dues of two months which feels totally unethical.
