Me and my whole team worked here for 2 months and some of us worked here for more than 3 months but no one got their salary. Whole payments are due for everyone. Even whole data entry team is crying as they also didn't get their salaries. My team and Data entry team complaint a case against the company in labour court. But they never came on the date. Surely, this fraud company will going to shut down ASAP. I am going to file a case against the Mr. bhanu and the HR. I have all the proofs. I will sue them with my whole team. I am waiting for my salary since September and I will never leave him freely without any strict action....Read More

This is something I'm still trying to find. Would request my fellow employees if found anything to like here, please comment and let me know as well.

Oh and this, where to begin my list from? Let's begin with HR. The overall HR strategy is so cumbersome, that even before you start working in the organization you get big examples of inefficiency. It is best to take these hints as a sign from the universe and run away from this company as far as possible. When I started with my interview process here, I was the one taking follow-ups from HR, with him being unavailable 90% of the time. Cut to a few days later, I joined the organization, the HR is MIA. For months, I kept trying to reach him through various modes of communication, to no avail. Next comes your compensation. Forget about incentives and bonuses, you'll have to beg for your basic salary here. The CEO would go on international trips and tell you that the company is going through a tough time, therefore there would be a delay in salary. I'm still waiting on my 3 months' salary... The work culture. What? Where? The company is so broken that the term 'work culture' is something that employees have never heard of. Moreover, during my tenure here there were instances when goons actually showed up at the office (sent previous employees in hopes of getting their deserved/promised remuneration) to get hold of the CEO. Not just that they also threatened to take up the systems in order to compensate for the money owed. So if you are really looking for a legal adventure and a run-in with the police, please join this company. To conclude, if you come from money join the organization. If you love being cheated, join this company. If you want to see your work and credit being stolen, join this company.
