Thank you for the feedback! Disappointed to hear that, every company has its own set of rules and has the right to make new rules for the growth, smooth and better functioning of the company. As far as overtime is concerned it's based on you are not delivering work on time and taking lots of leaves. Let me correct you on 5 days working, we have alternate Saturdays off. Well, we at Zithas strongly believe in "You Grow We Grow", and give everyone an equal opportunity to learn and grow. But for a few it's hard to do self-learning, we think you might be one of them.
