... things. Very worst management. Offer letter is given after 2 months of joining. No salary slip is provided. No proper hygiene. They write fake Google reviews by making fake accounts. Do not join trust me.

Notice period bahot jyada hai, 4 months. 4 months se pehle nikalne nahi dange Salary time pe nahi milti, 18 tak khich lete hai Itna kharab management mene kabhi nahi dekha hai , Overtime bahot karvate hai 2 year or usse jyada to bond Hota Hai Agar Notice 4 months ka hai to 4 months tak aapko Salary provide nahi karenge or usse 2 months bhi Salary keliye wait karvayenge total 6 moths Salary nahi dete agar koi resign dalta hai to Ye sari chize badme join hone ke bad Pata chalegi

This company is average than other IT company But good for freshers employees. Because Any fresher employee getting job here without salary. If any freshers cannot get job to other IT place (Market) so here is good opportunity for them but here will have to work in free(Without salary).

At Zithas I'm working since last 3 years. I've learned a lot of new things in technologies. We are working on new things and they always inspring team to learn new things and stay updated with technologies. I got so many opprotunities over here and also financial growth as well. Add on benefit is they are supportive for personal life as well. They have been supported me a lot in my hard times with personal life. I will be gratful for that.

If you are talking about dislike, you needs to be prepared to face challenges with new technolgies. So if you are thinking like corporate employee who can just come and sit for 9 to 7 without doing quality of work, you can try in google - they will pay you for 6 months :)
