There is no grsaudiowth for talented peoples, no policy for deserving employees increment, mostly skilled peoples left from zamil accept who have some difficulties and they are also waiting for the right time to take a right decision, my opinion for zamil is the best company in Saudi Arabia for the hvac fields but at this time zamil must be take a action for there lower class employees which the piller of the zamil cool care specially seniors employees who's really want to do something zamil...Read More

9 to 10 years was good for me when I was in maintenance department because that's time I have enough time for my personal life but after that I got transferred to TAB department to learn more about hvac I got stuck there is no enough time for personal lif
