It completely depends on the team you join and the manager you have. Work environment is good , culture is good. There is work flexibility to certain extents. If you are lucky enough to have joined a good team then this is a good place to work.

Dislikes

Selective Senior management are very biased, no proper opportunities given to those who want to grow in their careers. Very unfair pay. Some people earn twice the salary at the same position. They prefer lazy, unskilled people who only sweet talk their way to the top. Appraisals happen just on the basis of the relationship but not actual peformance which makes it very unfair for those who are dedicated workers. People who like to play work place politics will be entertained. Ive seen many great people and good performers being asked to leave because they may have different opinions and work with integrity.
