Nothing to like in this company, worst company and people that ever existed and have seen in my life.

Worst mistake of my life is joining this company thought its good to start my career in a product based company. Bad work culture too much politics in linguistic way and family members are given more preference even if they work or not, we who work sincerely are treated like nothing. Building their own community with the favorites or people who are sweet and sugar coat things. no respect to the employees. no ethics and professionalism. 10 years experience employees cannot solve the issue which is expected to be solved by freshers and more than 12 hours of working is suggested. Every time there's reason when told to convert from probation and give hike and they torture with more work if asked. Attack with personal stuffs and degrade the employees. No job security, no work life balance. If asked for hike they always come up with reasons or subtle threatens of termination. Please never choose this company if you are fresher or any experience. choose this company only if you are tamilian and mallu or your relatives work here because only then you will be valued not by the talent....Read More
