Everything. 1. Politics 2. Favourism 3. No value for service engineer - management doesn't care 4. No work life balance 5. Mental harassment 6. Low salary benefit little hike 7. No personal life 8. Blame Game 9. No training for fresher 10. Policy implementation is on mood of mgmt

Work Details

Worst, I am still in trauma after leaving this company. Metal harassment, blame game are common. Managers are worst - doesn't see you as human. No standardisation. Everything depends on mood of managers and top mgmt.
