If you are good at work, seniors and management will support you unconditionally. Timely completed projects have good incentives. Quality & KAIZEN Training arranged by company for the employees. Company's main focus on customer satisfaction which is really good.

Dislikes

As the speed of construction is fast, you don't get time for yourself. I think Which is common in every construction company. Otherwise nothing.
