I have to admit that my experience here started off fairly good. But it could also be because it was my first job and I was young and naive. When the company was small there was more focus on employee health and I myself got a lot of support while I was struggling with anxiety and depression. But this absolutely does not justify theunraveling of the horror that started happening last year, or maybe the year before that. Once they entered the US market, thats when we really saw what the company stood for. Mental health? Please. Money is what they want. Once they got their second round of funding it was just chaos. Spent money BLINDLY with no strategy or process in place only to kick out a bunch of employees when it didnt work out (secretly no less). And the CEO? Its no surprise that she almost got sued for bullying an employee because that is exactly what she does repeatedly. Probably even today. I hope karma gets back at you because you have absolutely stomped and crushed my confidence into pieces. This culture that was built on the name of empathy is an absolute sham. I almost feel bad for the so called managers who have no idea what they are doing and just end up following what the CEO does and have become bullies themselves. Shame on you all, you are supposed to raise awareness on mental health, not be the cause of mental health issues for so many employees. I am so glad people have started speaking up and no - this is not "disgruntled employees" speaking up because they got laid off.
