Nothing is good too much of corporate politics. Favourtism and Nepotism are at peak.

Dislikes

The leaders have attitude and anger issues. Join only if you want to get scolded from the seniors on reglar basis. Better to try some where else than to have your self in this trouble space. No growth and less salary adds up to all this.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Growth and appraisal. Lack of professional appraisal. Systems and team work. Work and remuneration balance. Lack of homogeneous work load.

Work Details

Visit clients paper mills regularly. Set annual target os sale and collectio followed by quarterly and monthly. Attend customer complains and resolve issues. New product launch. NPD. Reduce debtos months. Track competitor activity.
