If there was a zero star rating system, I would have gladly chosen that.

Dislikes

From my experience they have the mentality of just trashing you for your mistakes with little to no appreciation for your work. No set system of appraisal, gratuity or PF. The benefits of joining is null and void and employee retention is no more than 2 years for designers. They boast having people for 7-8 years but they are all factory workers. The leave structure is so bad that you get only one holiday per month and even after that they judge you for taking holidays as per your requirement. Everything you do is monitored especially the fact that they have microphones in their cameras and they do listen to it and taunt you afterwards for saying anything bad. I would highly recommend not joining here. Communication is so poor that it feels like playing a constant game of telephone, and you’ll often be blamed for their mistakes, always. They won’t hesitate to humiliate you for not knowing something and expect you, as a fresher, to have the expertise of someone with years of experience.
