You won't be satisfied working as an architect here, There are teams segregated based on different stores, which you'll have to work on the same thing all the 365 days. As the time passes (within a month) you start realising it's not a worthy job for an architect. You'll start looking for the offices, Unless if you don't like doing architecture/Int. Design projects. It's a completely desk job, with a decent pay which they'll offer you whatever amount you insist them within the industry laws. If you're really don't love architecture/Int. Design. Lots of Team politics No team leader is gonna take stand for you, you'll have to be your own saviour. After 3 months they'll give you the hybrid mode and start to pressure to give you more work load. If the work's not getting completed on time, they'll threat you to cancel your hybrid mode.

Managers are the outdated people from the industry- they have no idea and exposure of what is going out side. Specially Deepali Kamath, this lady have no sense of how to talk, and she thinks highly about herself, Overall its a worst place to be.
