What an unprofessional organization Enermech is 1) On Naukri.com they advertised that there is an opening in Procurement process. 2) I applied and my face to face interview was scheduled 3) Their Procurement TL Pushkar who himself was not aware of the process interviewed me. That person was not even looking at my face. Just kept looking my CV. 4) Then again after some days Manager Chetan took my 2nd round and it went well too. 5) I got selected and they asked me to submit all my experience letter, documents, payslips. I submitted the same. 6) Then after 15 days my background verification was also done. 7) & now after a month they are telling me that the opening for procurement process got rejected by the management. I dont understand 1 thing if the process does not require any employee then why they are wasting employees time by advertising it in naukri.com. I stay in badlapur my so much of time money energy got wasted and also the employees who was working there were continuously bitching about the management in the reception. Horrible experience. Pls pls pls dont waste your time at enermech. I read all the other reviews yesterday unfortunately. If I would have read all the reviews before my interview then definitely I would have not wasted my time. Very disappointed...Read More

1) There is no employee motivation 2) They just hire the employees to put on PIP 3) There are no any function/ activities for employees. Employees do not expect any monetary at least team bonding activities etc. but they do not have it at all. Just Diwali and Dusssera in that also onshore ask to work you even though there is celebration going in office. 4) Everybody talk here only negative.
