First if all there is a nothing to like or lovable in this gym accept members. Other than that service and after service is also terrible.

😱Ohhh…. There is a lists of dislikes. Im working there so i can tell u something inner think which is they want only money from ur pocket and dont want to give any after buying services.. if ur pt member and u notice that ur trainer daily reminding u about there next renewal .. why…? Because of that money minded management mrs. Sunita sawant (pawar) and mr. navendu sawant there is a so called gym managers are working like they r the main owner they pressure to there trainers to beg money from ur clients other wise they will dont give u salary As per company rules salary will be credited on before 7 on month but waves gives u on 10th for pt trainer and for gt trainer they will give u on 15th (by cheque) then u go to bank and deposit… if u do any think or u take emergency leave they will deduct ur money there is a not proper rules for holidays In thim gym has a biomatric machine for attendance , still if u dont sign in attendance book they consider as a absent for day W#F.. i did my 8hr shift ! There is a front desk lady mrs sneha she dont have even manners to talk with trainer also she will talk bad about members on there back. Waves gym said we are a best gym in andheri Brohhh just go on google and type best gym in andheri u didn’t even saw u in that list 😂 Waves gym says we hire a certified trainer and best trainer .. yes no doubt but where is a trainer growth same trainer applying same knowledge so many years ex. Nilesh Gawade There is a trainer name is Mr. Pravin Kotkar he thinks he is best trainer in world because he refuses to take any advice from other trainer he even dont know about exercise and charge high He didn’t even guid u in right way he just sale expensive supplements to u like 4000 supplements selling to clients in mrp Every trainer is frustrated from him and his attitude He didn’t even respect other clients and self clients too .. he laugh like joker and feel u unsafe… Waves gym hire u as fresher because experience trainers are dont work there Freshers r bullying by other trainers specially from Pravin kotkar and if u said any think to management about him they will terminate u or kick u out from gym without any prior notice Why ?? Because pravin kotkar is a relative of sunita pawar and navendu sawant . If ur member just remember one thing because i work there so i know the truth If ur going in waves gym they will pitch u or force u to buy our gym membership But dont buy because in that gym u dont get proper machine for working machines are took old and gone There alignment is also not proper so u will get injured. All machine are not safe Treadmill is horrible they make noise whet u run or walk If ur drink water from there water purifier So u r actually drinking multi bacteria's If u have a doubt then ask for mr Amar jage (pt trainer) Why r u always drinking bisleri water Apart from that . gym is terrible to work and workout If u want to start ur fitness journey from waves gym then dont go… There are a lot of bad think’s about gym. The management does not listen to the staff. Dictatorship is goes on. Every staff member wants to leave from housekeeping, front desk, sales, trainers etc., mainly due to less salary and more work pressure. No proper holiday system and 0 benefits or perks. I will advice the management to respect the trainers an pay them as per their work.
