There’s a clear pattern—aligning with certain individuals can determine your job security more than performance. Leadership decisions raise questions about professional ethics, especially in handling workplace incidents. Favoritism is so deeply ingrained that standard HR policies seem optional. If you’re in the right circles, the workplace can be more flexible than expected.
Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Management is not safe and rude. Delayed or no response No Job Security. For Pregnant women no benefits. HR is always rude. All their ethics just for show.
