Every coin has a two sides. What I like about this company is your job is secure.

Dislikes

On the second side.... dislikes are endless 1. Experience with HR department is really worst. Whole department is too lazy and irresponsible. After your onboarding they will hardly response your call, query specially if you are situated other than Nagpur location. 2. They have no clear policy, they can change anything any time. Theychanged notice period from one month to three months for every employee even who were joined before that. And 3 month notice period is for every level. (Either serve or pay for three months) 3. Many employees are working for more than 5 years because of comfort zone. 4. Pune's business unit is the worst office. Few fixed employees (working since start) always want to control other junior level employee at any cost, always try to become boss. Specially this unit is not safe for female workers. Boss and their few favourite employee (Inc female empl) have some serious issues with other female employees. They always try to mentally harras you for leaving office on time (if you are not gossiping and buttering with boss after office hours "every day"). Boss and his favourite employee will mock you for your different choices in food, clothe, colour etc, they will mock you for being Non- Maharashtrian (specially people who belongs to North and South region). You will never get a single support if you are from north and south, at back they will slang you abuse you infront of other employees. They will compare you with the office boy for anything. Now If you are a boss's favourite you will get the chance of a good performance review and hike in appraisal, else you will be treated as a slave. For the whole year you will not get any add-on responsibility, task except some monotonous one, and at the time of appraisal you will get a lesser hike and a statement that "we will surely do good in next year" but simultaneously your other colleagues who are boss's favourite will get a best in the company. After appraisal (appraisal cycle - April to March) company will hold your appraisal letter and incremented salary for 2-3 month, and will release the arrears with the month of July salary. If you are not enough capable for some roles in your profile, they will be least bother for your improvement, rather they will mock you badly and keep you in the organisation for entertainment purposes. So that during the snacks or lunch they can talk about you and can make your fun (and this is the only FUN in this office) Those 3-4 married incl boss, are not festival lover, not family person.. so they expect you to spend time with them rather you go to your home. Even in office they don't like to celebrate any other festival than Diwali. (No Holi, navratri and sankranti because it's North Indian festival, No Christmas and new year because it's not Hindu festival) If you are not boss's favourite then they will pressurise you mentally in many ways. Have many more things, but can't write everything. I have written these points because I have spent a enough time in this organisation and have closely observed the people. In a one word I would say this office has a toxic environment, if you are enthusiastic, happy and progressive mindset who dedicated to work, this office is not a good choice for you and specially if you are a female then definitely not. So if you are open to work in toxic, humiliated and environment, and more politics, buttering lover more than your job, and if you are ready to spoil your mental peace, and family time your most welcome....Read More
