Good few years ago but not now no increments, no promotions and no appraisal's and salaries & PF very delayed from past three years... How much you done hardwork.,.management didn't find your talant and skills...no family insurance bcz i worked 11 Years with vijay nirman..

Dislikes

Salaries are very delay, PF delay, No week off, No family insurance cover No gratuity And no not any other facilities...
