Been here 6 month, they have a supportive team and opportunities for growth. Also, they are among very few RL companies here that offer a stable salary along side commissions (which are very attractive)

There is a learning curve so it can get a bit stressful when others are closing and you are not (Same as the other real estate companies though)

I like the collaborative environment in Vidabricks, to be honest, there is competition but they also support each other. Another thing is that I worked in a another real estate company where we used to give passbacks to get customers (sometimes out of our pocket because we had to hit our targets).
