Been here 6 month, they have a supportive team and opportunities for growth. Also, they are among very few RL companies here that offer a stable salary along side commissions (which are very attractive)

Dislikes

There is a learning curve so it can get a bit stressful when others are closing and you are not (Same as the other real estate companies though)

I like the collaborative environment in Vidabricks, to be honest, there is competition but they also support each other. Another thing is that I worked in a another real estate company where we used to give passbacks to get customers (sometimes out of our pocket because we had to hit our targets). In Vidabricks, I've not given passbacks even once and they paid me salary for the first 3 months when I joined with a good commission when I closed a sale....Read More
