Like is only one thing that I got this job. Here most lower designated people can live happily by hidden himself in front of management. Here management means owner only and his wife
List is too long : 1. Salary - Cames better otherwise you even can't ask with the management. No one ask neither have the idea. so how can you manage the manpower. 2. Within 6 month I seen 4 plant head that handled bigger brand like p&g, Hindustan Unilever came join and left the company. Similarly in corporate and plant HR level andother post. 3. MD OR OWNER can any time anywhere abuse and sack you. and said go home..no documentation nothing 4. Most manpower are on casual labour and statutory compliances is far from this company. 5. if you live inside the company then treat like a bonded labour..whatever your designation. you have to do packing which I did along with other senior and others work too. 6. Even if you dressed properly apart from others MD also comment not even women but also on men..they believe dirty and inproper dressed person work harder. what kind of mentallity difficult to understand. 7. MD, HIS WIFE and his in-laws family can interfare at any time. and you stuck what to do or what not. 8. If anyone want to do the documentation, then do it after 8pm in the night and in working hour all have to focus on production only. 9. Here the most difficult thing you can't talk with female employees. In my team 3 junior. due to that she doesn't know what to do or what not. you even not to call for the meeting. female worker attendance taken by female staff only. neither you talk nor you can say anything. Management calls the female employee because to pay less. 10. Focus on vastu and spend lakh of Rupees on changing sitting location, manufacturing location, female employee sitting location etc. but not have money to pay on time. 11. if organized any function in plant or in his native place. All the staff engaged on that. And after function send all the remaining food in the canteen and who live their bound to eat the same unless or until that finished...Read More
