Best for Freshers who want to hone their design concepts and fundamentals. Appraisal is good. Work culture is good everyone is supportive. Best in terms of politeness.

Dislikes

Almost no wellfare policies. Feels like working for a contractor while being in staff irrespective of position and time given to company. Almost no holidays.
