Upper management is approachable.

Dislikes

Location is terrible. No amount of money will suffice living in a jail like this. Whole association is people driven and not system driving making the job harder than it generally is. there is very little importance given to work life balance. The company is inspired by Narayana Murthy promoting 57 hours working a week without providing any extra wage or recognition. I highly do not recommend vedanta to an individual planning to grow and stay sane....Read More
