1. The hiring process at the company is very smooth, consisting of only two interview rounds.It's an excellent place for college graduates and freshers to start their careers, as it provides opportunities to develop skills across various sectors. 2. On a positive note, the leave policy and working environment is good.

Dislikes

1. The company provides minimal support during the training period. The training modules provided are insufficient to fully understand the working process. 2. You will encounter non-supportive managers who are focused on ensuring targets are met. In the end, they may place blame on you.

It feels great to work in vedak there is no bossy nature and all are friendly and we get leaves when needed also temmates supports us

Dislikes

In my team there is little bit partiality regarding projects and expert onboarding
