1. You are marked absent if you punch in after 10am and punch out before 7.30pm. 2. They have so many absurd policies but forget that in India, working hour’s including lunch break should not be more than 9 hours. 3. You get only one 30minutes break which is more like a school break as you are not allowed to wear anything else. 4. You cannot wear tshirts and many more things. 5. They have only 6 calendar holidays. Even no leave on new year, Christmas, rakhi, dusshera to name a few. 6. The office is like a small cramped space, more like an office space of some fraud organization. 7. The interview/onboarding process is like 1980s. Everything offline, they don’t understand the world has digitalized. 8. They don’t give provide PF which is illegal. The company will close down the days someone files a complaint. Don’t even join just because you think you will get to work with a good brand....Read More

Dislikes

Managers are not capable of managing teams, they are not enough educated so that made things bad but overall management tries to provide good culture. Office space is very bad, it looks like a dukan.
