Unprofessional & Toxic Manager - Manager is very unprofessional. She raises her voice, shouts & insults in a meeting full of people which ends up affecting your mental health and self confidence. She focuses only on problems and not the solutions and make even minor errors into a big issues. She will insult and discuss a person's minor error in a meeting full of people which she has absolutely no rights to do. Still management is not bothered to take any action. She talks in an extremely unprofessional and rude tone all the time. Micromanages all the time as if we are just sitting and chilling in office hours. She demands perfection all the time and unknowingly expresses intense anger, frustration and irritability on multiple occasions which no one would like to tolerate.
