Likes

Very good work environment. Also enjoy your personal life. Good future in the company. All company policies are excellent, company have very good salary structure. They give good salary hike & bonus every year. Appraisal process are very good internal and external professionals consultants are taken various methods to identify the employees ability and also trend them.

Dislikes

Company pyramid structure is quite old. Not maintain uniform structure for company 's all Brunches. Transfer process should be improved for one Brunch to other.
