When I joined the organization I thought it would he great working here.. I'll learn many things there will be so many opportunities for me but nothing went like the way I thought. Trainer left the job.. Had no mentor.. In 3 months of training I got only 15 days of training.

Dislikes

Initially office environment was good.. But after some time it was terrible. Office environment was not that great. Motivation and enthusiasm was not there. There was a lot of politics. Salary was not decent enough. Apart from that career growth is slow.

Work Details

It was okayish. At begining the job looked interesting but after some time i didn't find it interesting. Very few clients were there. I got a chance to coordinate with clients which was a great opportunity , it was for few days only.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
