They provide lunch and dinner to all the staff with 2 time tea and snacks. 6. Organisation is sending us to other states with all the expenses they give us flight allowances. 7. We receive amazon vouchers on our birthday. 8. We receive extra incentives after selection of Employee of the month. 9. Organisation gives advance salary and loans to people who in need of anything. 10. people receive surprise increments on their work performance. 11. We get good training and session on our personal and profession life. 12. We celebrates all the festivals and days. 13. We are having fun Fridays in office. 14. As i have seen many people are writing to not receiving salaries on the time as i am a Manager position i understand how utkarsh utilized all the funds for beneficiaries, that is the reason sometimes our salaries got delayed, but this is the prove of Utkarsh that they are working on ground level to help animals and humans too. This Organization is riddles with chronic mismanagement, unethical practices, and blatant disregard for its employees. Here is the truth about what's it's like to work here: * Employees are forced to endure financial hardship because the management constantly delayed salaries by weeks or even months. these delays are not accompanied by any communication, and any explanation, and leaving us in the dark and struggling to make ends meet. * The organization shamelessly steals from its employees by deducting amounts from salaries without notice or justification. This kind of behavior is both unethical and illegal. *Taking a single day of leave results in double the pay being deducted from your salary. this is an unfair and exploitative practice that further adds to the stress and dissatisfaction of employees. *The management especially the CEO (Founder) treats employees with utter disrespect. Fostering a hostile environment where valid concerns are made with aggression and unwarranted demotions without any valid reasons. *There is a severe lack of transparency in the organization's operations. critical decisions are made behind closed doors and employees are never inform or consulted on matter that affect them directly. *The leadership consistently manage the work in unethical ways, prioritizing their own interest while disregarding the welfare and rights of their staff. the treatment of employees is unprofessional and unfair. * The HR Department is a mere puppet of the management, completely ineffective in addressing employee grievances. the issues like salary delays and hostile work conditions are either ignored or brushed off with empty promises. *The organization offers no career growth or development. hard work goes unrecognize, and there is no avenue for professional advancement.
