Current Top Management just undergone a change. Worst culture. Big big talk about meritocracy, transparency and talent grooming and management. But practically only buttering professionally and personally helps you grow. HR is worse. No dignity for any individual

Dislikes

I Utkal they are deviding all the employees as LMS and HMS I personally don't like this bcz all we are working hear we are a family member so in family no partision required and due to this one of our hindalco value that is seamlessness can't follow.And one more thing is all the top management does not interact with their LMS subordinate.
