Friendly and supportive environment....encouraged for doing and completing challenges.... Upper managment are too supportive and technical..... Overall a good organisation for a knowledgable stay......

Nothing at this moment.... but for employee increment management should considered employees with their qualifications & responsibility/also timely promotions..... Round about I don't find any dislikes in my current organisation .....

Hidden policies, Lacks in transparency to its own employees about different policies/schemes. Lacks in culture of knowledge transfer from Senior to Junior. Routine work is over dominating. No intiatives/programs from management or HR side for skill up, leadership programs for employees. HR is poppet/Rubber Stamp and not decision takers/makers.
