Dislikes

Lot of technical works which polish our knowledge of various field. Experience is beneficial for future vision but salary totally depends on work-output Drawback : Politics at ground level by HOD's & their assigned persons.

The job is quite interesting because got a chance to wear multiple hats, that provide a taste of several roles within the same team.
